Sinoship Logistics

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Sinoship Logistics (“Company”). By engaging the Company’s services, the customer (“Client”) agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Services

Sinoship Logistics provides freight forwarding and online sourcing services, including air freight, ocean freight, consolidation, logistics coordination, and online sourcing.

Shipments are facilitated from:

• China to Guyana

• Miami, Florida (USA) to Guyana

Shipping Schedules & Delivery Estimates

• Air freight services from China operate once weekly for STANDARD and BRANDED SHIPPING.

• Air freight services from Miami, Florida operate once weekly.

• Estimated delivery time for air freight from CHINA may be up to fourteen (14) days from the date of departure.

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to airline delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, port or airport congestion, government actions, labor disruptions, security checks, or force majeure events. The Company shall not be liable for such delays.

Freight Charges

• Air freight charges are calculated and billed based on calcualtion be company's freight cost.

• All quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airline fees, fuel surcharges, customs charges, or regulatory requirements.

Hazardous Materials

Liquids, batteries, and other items classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) are subject to special handling requirements.

• HAZMAT items will be shipped separately from regular cargo.

• Shipping dates for HAZMAT shipments are not fixed and may be subject to delays.

• The Company reserves the right to refuse or delay HAZMAT cargo to ensure regulatory compliance.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment, including but not limited to:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapon components

• Counterfeit, pirated, or replica goods

• Pornographic or obscene materials

• Undeclared hazardous, flammable, or corrosive substances

• Live animals and restricted animal products

• Currency, cash, or negotiable instruments

• Any items prohibited by the laws and regulations of China, the United States, or Guyana

The Company reserves the right to refuse shipment, seize, discard, or report prohibited or illegal items to the relevant authorities without liability or compensation.

Cargo Inspection

For safety, security, and regulatory compliance, all cargo received at the China warehouse will be opened and inspected. The Client consents to such inspection and waives any claims arising from the opening of packaging.

Ocean Freight

Ocean freight shipments depart only when a container is fully loaded. Once loaded and dispatched, the estimated transit time is approximately sixty (60) days. Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Ocean freight customers are allowed one (1) business day from the date of arrival notification to uplift their cargo.

Delivery services may be arranged upon request and may incur additional charges.

8. Storage, Abandonment & Disposal

Storage charges shall commence three (3) days after arrival of cargo at the Company’s warehouse. Any cargo remaining uncollected for more than fifteen (15) days may be sold, disposed of, or otherwise liquidated by the Company to recover outstanding freight, storage, and handling costs. The Client waives all rights to such cargo and any proceeds derived from its sale.

9. Insurance & Claims

Insurance claims, where applicable, shall be strictly based on commercial invoices uploaded and pre-alerted in the Company’s system prior to the arrival of the shipment.

• Invoices submitted after cargo arrival will not be accepted for insurance purposes.

• The pre-alerted invoice value shall represent the maximum claimable amount.

• Failure to properly pre-alert or upload accurate documentation may result in denial of insurance coverage.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sinoship Logistics shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from events beyond its reasonable control. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

11. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for accurate declarations, legal compliance, timely collection of cargo, and payment of all applicable freight, storage, delivery, duties, and taxes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guyana, with due regard to applicable international shipping regulations.

13. Amendments

Sinoship Logistics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Company’s services constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
